Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care / Home Health team, working primarily in skilled nursing facilities and conducting weekly bedside wound rounds.

Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, performing dressing changes, medically necessary debridement, and managing G-Tubes (training provided). The role also offers opportunities for Home Health visits as needed.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and experienced in skilled nursing environments with at least 2 years of wound care and debridement experience. A Wound Care Certification is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to travel extensively within the Fremont, NE area.

Requirements include a current Nebraska medical license, experience in wound care, skilled nursing facilities, and debridement. The position offers a day shift, Monday to Friday schedule, with on-call duties, and benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
