Compensation : $48,000 - $120,000 annually

With our new facility opening in February 2026 , we're expanding our award-winning service team and looking for experienced Customer Service Advocates (Service Advisors) to grow with us.

What You'll Do :

Build Relationships & Drive Results :

Greet customers and consult on service needs with professionalism and empathy

Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns

Drive sales of technicians' time to meet department goals

Present service options clearly and emphasize value

Keep customers informed on completion times, costs, and any changes

Own the Customer Experience :

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and in person

Provide concierge-level support to ensure customer satisfaction

Build genuine, lasting relationships with our loyal customer base

Collaborate with a team of 12 service advisors and skilled technicians

What We're Looking For :

Required :

Minimum 1 year of service advisor experience at a dealership or automotive shop

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service levels

Computer proficiency and a valid driver's license

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred :

High-volume dealership experience

Toyota or manufacturer-specific experience

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
