What to Expect
Seeking a highly skilled technician with expertise in troubleshooting, electromechanical systems,and process optimization to oversee new part introductions and resolve technical issues onmanufacturing lines and in prototype shops.
What You'll Do
- Execute and manage high-volume trials for new manufacturing parts, analyze results, and provide technical feedback to Engineering teams
- Diagnose and rectify issues in vehicle systems and manufacturing processes through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
- Perform advanced electromechanical assemblies and integrations independently
- Construct prototype sub-assemblies and full vehicle assemblies
- Validate, commission, and fine-tune prototype manufacturing equipment
- Oversee engineering validation builds and ensure timely shipment for testing
- Operate efficiently in a production environment to meet rigorous project timelines
What You'll Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience with vehicles, equipment, or electromechanical systemsProficient in mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering principlesRelevant manufacturing environment experience or education; experience with automated production lines is a plusDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems with minimal guidanceCapability to work effectively in both collaborative and autonomous settingsBasic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics, drawings, and assembly instructionsStrong technical communication and documentation skillsEssential Physical Demands
