Maintenance And Turnaround Cost Controller

The Maintenance and Turnaround Cost Controller is responsible for providing cost tracking, reporting, analyzing, and investigation support for daily Maintenance and Turnarounds, both large and small. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Support Turnaround Manager with cost estimate development and lead project control activities throughout all phases to ensure proper cost accounting and allocation
• Quality control work orders for correct classifications and billing processed upon work completion to facilitate proper closure
• Own, update, and manage the monthly load plan and expense accruals
• Review and analyze contractor data for discrepancies and investigate accordingly; work with Contractor Administrator to resolve billing issues
• Investigate discrepancies between planned and actual work and provide leadership with feedback as appropriate
