Industrial Maintenance Technician – Job DetailsLouisville, KYPay:

• Day Shift: $22.75 per hour
• Night Shift: $25.00 per hour
• Weekend Shift: $25.00 per hour

Shift Schedules:Day Shift

• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Night Shift

• Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Weekend Shift

• Friday – Sunday | 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireAbout the RoleCrown Staffing is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on equipment setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure machines run safely and efficiently.You will play a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting production goals, and maintaining equipment reliability.Key Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for production runs
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs
• Complete preventive maintenance and part replacements
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain packaging and production equipment
• Read and follow manuals, work orders, and technical documentation
• Operate equipment as needed to support production
• Document maintenance activities in logs or CMMS/EAM systems
• Ensure equipment meets quality and production standards
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Support additional maintenance and production tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience or training in mechanical repair, packaging equipment, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety guidelines
• Ability to write basic reports and communicate effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• May be required to complete Standard Timing Model (STM) testing

Additional Details

• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems preferred
• Ability to travel to other facilities or OEM sites as needed
