Olympic College is seeking to hire a full-time Food Service Worker Lead. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of various campus food production areas, including the Café, Catering, Bookstore, Food Pantry, and Satellite Locations. This role ensures smooth service, food quality, and customer satisfaction across all food production and service areas. The Food Services Lead ensures compliance with food safety standards and supports meal preparation and service while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position reports directly to the Food Services Manager and Food Services Supervisor and indirectly collaborates with culinary faculty and students to foster a cooperative atmosphere that encourages shared responsibility for the upkeep of the kitchen and dining areas.Essential Functions

This is a full-time classified position scheduled to work 40 hours a week, with a salary range of $40,032 - $53,136 annually. All classified positions will start their salary at Step A, when you have completed six months of probation, you will receive a 5 percent pay increase. A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Washington Public Employees Associate (WPEA) Union. Classified positions qualify for the following benefits :
