Pay Range : $68 - $70 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Tooling : Proficiency in Jira tools .
• Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements related to product development.
• Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and cooperative work environment.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and IT, to ensure that remediation efforts are aligned .
• Implement and manage projects using SAFe principles where applicable.
• Uses project management tools to manage large and complex projects or programs.
• Defines and manages scope, time, and resources.
• Facilitates identification of project or program risks / issues, develops, and assigns responsibility for mitigation / resolution actions; manages mitigation plan.
• Refines project management methodologies for quality and project or program risk management.
• Synthesizes critical information and communicates business implications to stakeholders.
• Consults with the senior management team and non-technology organization personnel.
• Has depth and breadth of experience in project management; integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities.
• Applies in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and non-standard situations.
• Provides SCRUM Master Leadership in the form of coaching, mentoring, and / or training SCRUM teams
• Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment.
