Production Lead | Henderson, NV

Join Nexeo as a Production Lead ! We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join a growing textile manufacturing company in Henderson, NV . This is a great opportunity for someone with strong production experience who enjoys leading a team and keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate production line activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Work alongside the team filling pillows and dog beds with fiber
  • Train and assist production staff on proper techniques and safety standards
  • Maintain production quality and meet daily targets
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Qualifications

  • Reliable work history with consistent attendance
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience required (lead or supervisory experience a plus)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and complete repetitive tasks
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Must provide an updated, professional resume for client review
  • Dependable and team-oriented

    • Pay

    $18.00 per hour

    Schedule

    Day Shift | 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm | Monday – Friday
