Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong B2B relationships with HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell services such as vacuum truck, jetting, and lining solutions Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and renewals Track client activity in the CRM system and collaborate with service teams to ensure satisfaction Proven experience inB2B account management or sales Background in service industries (plumbing, facilities management, or utilities) is a strong plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Valid drivers licensewith the ability to travel to client sites Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal generation Experience in long-term client retention or territory expansion Knowledge of industrial, commercial, or municipal service operations Struggle with managing multiple accounts or maintaining consistent follow-up Prefer working independently without engaging clients directly Avoid accountability for sales targets or client satisfaction Have difficulty adapting to changing priorities or client needs Are uncomfortable representing technical service solutions or learning new processes Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, professional, and team-oriented environment What Youll Do
