Family Practice NP opportunity on the Upper Peninsula of MI

Great opportunity to enjoy the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Large Community Health Center on the banks of the Keweenaw Bay is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well established outpatient family practice clinic.

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must be able to see all ages
• 2+ yrs exp minimum as FNP in Family Practice
• 40 hours a week with 4 hours of admin time, no weekends, no call, no holidays
• Join a great team of 2 other MD's, a well experienced NP, and RN's
• Great team collaboration
• 20 / 40 minute clinic visits

• $5K sign on, up to $10K relocation depending on candidate, CME allowance and 5 days leave, 160 hours of annual leave up front and sick leave that accrues at a rate of 4 hours per pay period, loan repayment eligible with MI State DHHS, IHS, and NHSC, and follow the Tribal calendar with over 20 days paid holidays.
