Civil Construction Engineering Internship

Work alongside Beneschs Construction Engineering professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for infrastructure projects. As a Civil Construction Intern you will support the inspection and documentation of road water main and sewer construction projects. This role offers hands-on field experience exposure to construction observation project documentation and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced engineers and project managers.

Location

This internship is field-based with opportunities to collaborate on active projects and receive mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers in Michigan.

What You Will Need

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Civil or Construction Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (EIT preferred)
• Experience working on field projects a plus
• Familiarity with ArcGIS MicroStation GeoPak and / or AutoCAD is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently within budgets and schedules
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Valid drivers license and good driving record #LI-MM1
