Key Responsibilities

Drive AI adoption and enablement across the enterprise through hands-on learning experiences

Design and build prototypes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Partner with business and IT leaders to assess AI readiness and develop tailored learning strategies

Required Qualifications

6+ years of enterprise software development experience

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python, or Swift

Proven experience in change management within complex, regulated environments

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Strong understanding of AI principles and methodologies applied to software engineering
