Keagan's in Virginia Beach Town Center, VA, is a "one of a kind" experience for both guests and staff! • You take pride in your position and in your ability to positively impact the guest experience through executing your role in a highly efficient manner
• You are a “Team Player”, considerate to the experience of all guests, as well as the experience of your fellow employees
• You have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
• You understand “Genuine” hospitality
• You ideally have experience in a high-volume, full-service bar setting
• You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures certification, alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol
• You ideally have a basic knowledge of drink recipes and standard bar equipment uses
