General Labor
Location: North Aurora, Illinois
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday; Saturdays as needed (overtime is mandatory)
Pay Rate: $17.00–$17.75 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks to support daily warehouse and production operations: clean work areas, handle materials, assist various departments.
- Aid welders, painters, machine operators, and other team members in completing their tasks.
- Safely handle power tools and materials—including saws and drills—as required.
- Stand for extended periods, lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, and utilize clear vision at varying distances.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment consistently.
- Support overtime and flexible scheduling as production demands shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- No prior experience required—this is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting a manufacturing or warehouse career.
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow clear instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays as required by operational needs.
