As a Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Executive, you’ll strengthen your value‑selling skills to win new clients, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that protect and empower local businesses.

- Generate new business leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling
- Qualify sales leads and establish timely contact with prospects
- Conduct insurance needs assessments and risk evaluations
- Develop and present formal proposals tailored to client needs
- Close sales with professionalism and superior customer service
- Cross‑sell and expand existing accounts by understanding evolving client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall sales strategy and success
Required :
Active NYS Property & Casualty LicenseIdeal Candidate possesses a minimum 3-5 years of Commercial Lines insurance industry experienceIdeal to have : Life and Health Agent LicenseBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferredProven track record in sales and business developmentStrong communication, consultative selling, and relationship‑building skillsSelf‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset and team‑oriented attitudeProficiency in MS Office and agency management softwareBenchmark expectations to achieve substantial bonus opportunities :
Complete onboarding and training; shadow senior producers and attend client meetingsBegin prospecting, building a qualified pipeline, and setting 90‑day sales goalsLearn agency book of business, processes, and client communicationPresent proposals, close initial sales, and establish new business relationshipsDemonstrate proficiency in agency systems, reporting tools, and team collaborationAchieve 90‑day sales targets and develop an annual growth and production planBase of $50,000‑$80,000 based on experience plus a structured commission with bonus opportunities .Top producers earn six figures in their first few years—with no ceiling on income potential.Lucrative performance incentives and bonuses tied directly to production results.Full benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Licensing renewals, continuing education, and professional development is agency supported.Career growth in a respected, growing independent agency.
