About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our corporate finance team. This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to multiple operating businesses while working directly with executive leadership. The role combines core accounting responsibilities with financial analysis, cash management, and portfolio support.

Requirements :
- Prepare monthly financial statements and oversee the general ledger and month-end close.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash activity across multiple entities.
- Handle or oversee A / P, expense reports, and payroll processing as needed.
- Prepare budget-to-actual and variance analyses, supporting decision-making for leadership.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
- Coordinate annual audit and tax preparation activities.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Assist with intercompany accounting and treasury functions.
- Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards for management.
- Support due diligence and integration activities for new acquisitions.
- Collaborate with executives and portfolio leaders to monitor performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s preferred.CPA or active CPA candidacy preferred.Minimum of four years of progressive accounting experience in public and / or private accounting.Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis).Knowledge of GAAP and internal control standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Discretion in handling confidential information.Interest in long-term professional growth within a management company structure.
