• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers CMM) to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.
• Identify isolate and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and quality specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection and test equipment according to established schedules.
