Job Description

The Claims Processor is involved in processing claims, identifying the root cause of damages. Additional duties include providing customer service to the terminals, dealers and maintaining rapport with the major OEMs.

Responsibilities :

Enters & process new and existing claims in the database.

Checks basic claim information and settles findings appropriately.

Assesses provider disputes related to claims.

Verbal and email communication with customers and customer insurance companies.

Reviewing claim reporting, customer manuals, and other claim-related documentation.

Create, edit, and send claim reporting and statistics internally.

Job Requirements

HS Diploma required; associate degree preferred.

1-2 years' experience in a heavy volume claims environment, preferably in trucking.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service qualities, verbal, written and analytical strength to communicate and resolve difficult issues.

Ability to work independently.

Team oriented, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office programs especially Excel (basic Excel test will be administered
