Job Description

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to lead modernization, integration, and cloud transformation initiatives across enterprise systems. The role will focus on modernizing legacy systems , designing secure Azure-based solutions , and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain enterprise reference architectures and standards .
• Lead modernization planning and transition of legacy systems to cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
• Architect integrations with Salesforce, Appian, and Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Design secure, scalable cloud solutions compliant with state and federal security frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business and citizen service goals .
• Define and promote data interoperability and architecture governance .
• Provide technical guidance and solution oversight for development teams.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
