Associate Chiropractor Position
We are looking for a positive, motivated, and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our team. Ideal candidates are confident working independently and part of a team, are aligned with natural health principles, and are excited to grow with us long-term. Must be trainable, kind, and motivated to always improve skills while being able to get along with others.
Position Details
- Employment Type : Part-Time (Part-Time / week, minimum 3 days) W-2
- Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience
- $50-$75 per hour
- Start Date : Flexible
- Location : San Clemente, CA (local candidates preferred)
Requirements
Licensed DC or eligible to be licensed within 3 months (recent graduates welcome)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to natural physical and biochemical health solutionsEagerness to grow professionally and build long-term relationships with patientsPhysically capable of performing chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue techniquesComfortable working with a variety of patients including pediatric, prenatal, athletes, seniors, and acute / chronic careKey Responsibilities
Evaluate, manage, and treat a minimum of 10 patients per shiftDocument SOAP notes in real time and maintain up-to-date patient filesRecommend treatment plans and nutritional supplements where appropriateFollow clinical protocols set by the owner / clinicProvide vacation / sick coverage for the lead doctorParticipate in clinic operations, patient education, and community outreachAlways maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standardsAssist with clinical demonstrations and exercises as neededPreferred Experience & Skills
Familiarity with Graston Technique, Webster technique, ART, biochemistry, and detoxification programsWorking knowledge of Jane EHR systemsExperience recommending nutritional supplementsStrong anatomy and physiology foundationExperience with both physical medicine and natural health careStrong math and documentation skillsLegally authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver’s licenseAdditional Perks
