In this role, you'll be essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting customer communication, documentation, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Deliver outstanding customer service and log all calls in detail
- Manage and maintain job files, documentation, and correspondence
- Keep internal calendars and schedules up to date and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes
- Maintain office and general supply inventories
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
