Job descriptionPerform high-quality repairs by diagnosing problems and applying corrective actions using appropriate tools and systems Use hand scanners to receive products, diagnose issues, pick spare parts, complete repairs, and perform functional safety testing Support inventory management to ensure timely and accurate repair services Assist Senior Repair Technicians in customer and sales team communications as needed Maintain organized, safe, and efficient work areas and tools, following company policies and safety standards High school diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret schematics Computer proficiency and data entry capabilities Ability to lift 50+ pounds Prior experience repairing machines, devices, or tools preferred Mechanic or engineering experience preferred Hand scanners, diagnostic tools, and repair equipment Climate-controlled warehouse repair center Steel-toe boots required Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork skills

Service Technician
Location : Irving, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
- $18.50 / hour
- 1st shift : 7 : 45 AM–4 : 15 PM
- W2, opportunity for weekly overtime based on business needs
ROLE IMPACT : As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality repairs for a global equipment manufacturer’s climate-controlled receiving center. Your technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to diagnose and resolve issues will ensure that repaired products meet strict safety and performance standards. This role is essential to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction through reliable and efficient repair services.
