CONTENT & BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (Fractional)
Location : Remote (NYC preferred)
Commitment : Fractional / Contract (15–20 hrs per week to start)
Compensation : Hourly or retainer basis
About the Role : Purpose Collective is seeking a Content & Brand Partnerships Manager to help execute the editorial vision while actively shaping and nurturing brand partnerships that drive revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented editor with a strong background in sustainable luxury, consumer goods, and purpose-driven organizations. Beyond refining and publishing curated product galleries, profiles, and features, you’ll identify, cultivate, and develop relationships with aligned brands—turning editorial collaborations into monetizable partnerships that advance our mission and fuel growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Founders to bring editorial vision to life across digital, newsletter, and app channels.
- Edit, fact-check, and polish content, partner features, and community submissions.
- Conduct editorial market research to identify emerging brands, products, trends, sustainable luxury innovations, and potential collaborators.
- Develop monetizable brand partnerships by identifying aligned brands, structuring collaboration opportunities, and supporting negotiations in collaboration with the Founders.
- Support brand relations by liaising with partners, designers, and purpose-driven organizations to inform content and feature opportunities.
- Translate event activations and brand collaborations into editorial stories that reflect Purpose Collective’s voice.
- Maintain consistent tone, style, and quality across all published work.
- Support relationships with freelance contributors as needed.
Who You Are
3+ years of editorial, partnerships, or content experience in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or sustainability spaces.Exceptional editing and writing skills; comfortable refining and shaping founder-driven content.Deep knowledge of sustainable luxury consumer goods and purpose-driven culture.Demonstrated ability to build and manage brand relationships, with a focus on creating monetizable opportunities.Highly organized, self-starting, resourceful, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fractional role.Excited to contribute to a small, purpose-driven team with big vision.Serious inquiries please.
