Key Responsibilities
Respond to HR inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, payroll, and company policies
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation and record maintenance
Coordinate new employee orientation and manage the employee exit process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
1 year of prior customer service experience with confidential data
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred : Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or HR
Preferred : 1 year of experience in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
