Day-to-day responsibilities :
Scheduling service and sales appointmentsResponding promptly to online inquiriesManaging inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emailsFollowing up with existing customers and assisting new onesTracking communication in our CRM systemBuilding relationships that keep customers coming backRequirements :
Must be available to work Saturdays (rotational)Strong verbal and written communication skillsMust be comfortable using computers and typing while talkingReliable attendance and professional demeanor are non-negotiablePrior customer service or call center experience preferredCompensation & Benefits :
