We’re interviewing throughout the remainder of 2025 for January 2026 start dates — although exceptionally qualified A-Techs with multiple manufacturer certifications may be eligible for an earlier start.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and rig marine outboards and inboards with precision.
• Perform factory-level service and installations using OEM and aftermarket parts.
• Conduct safety inspections and water / lake tests as needed.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure top-quality workmanship and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized work bays and accurate job documentation.
• Recommend maintenance and performance upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction.
