Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Pediatric Radiology

Required Skills:

• Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
• Certification by the American Board of Radiology (CAQ certified or eligible)
• Proficiency in interpreting X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI cases
• Ability to perform onsite coverage including emergency and scheduled cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Nuclear Medicine within pediatric populations
• Experience with rapid case interpretation in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of pediatric radiology equipment and protocols
• Fluency in additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Pediatric Radiology Fellowship trained
• CAQ certification or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric radiology or nuclear medicine

Other Requirements:

• Onsite coverage at Children's Hospital of Michigan, with a flexible schedule (preferably Monday-Friday 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Saturday/Sunday shifts 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., or Thursday-Sunday shifts)
• Availability for approximately one week of coverage per month
• Read all X-ray, US, stat CT, and MRI cases promptly and accurately
• Submission of case logs and maintaining clean malpractice records
• Must hold current Medical License and relevant certifications
• Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable
