Note : This position is a hybrid work schedule for the Santa Ana, CA office. Associates with fewer than 2 years of experience are required to be in office close to full time or full time.

Note : Remote option is available for candidates with 4+ years of insurance defense or personal injury experience.

Job Description

• Handle personal injury defense litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
• Appear independently for court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with the legal team to meet client and firm goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of personal injury defense experience.

Licensed to practice law in California.

Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
