This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position perfect for SLPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful connections with students in a collaborative virtual environment.
What Youll Do :
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in a virtual setting
Conduct prehensive speech, language, and munication assessments aligned with IEP goals
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in pliance with state and federal guidelines
Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams to support student progress
Attend virtual IEP meetings, plete documentation, and maintain pliance with Tennessee education standards
Utilize engaging online therapy tools to deliver interactive, effective sessions
What Youll Need :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution
Active Tennessee license as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by the Tennessee Board of munication Disorders and Sciences REQUIRED
Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) School Services Personnel License with a School Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement REQUIRED
Eligible pathways include :
Holding a valid Tennessee SLP license or equivalent out-of-state professional SLP license from a NASDTEC partner state
Holding the ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP)
Meeting all requirements for the Tennessee Professional School Services Personnel License (Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based or virtual setting preferred
Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and school-based service delivery
Excellent munication, collaboration, and time-management skills
Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
