Floating Maintenance Technician (San Francisco)

PBV is seeking to hire one or more Floating Maintenance Technicians to support its expanding Bay Area portfolio of multifamily properties. These individuals will play a vital role in delivering a hospitality-driven living experience across PBVs buildings by providing high-quality maintenance support, ensuring asset preservation, and responding promptly to service needs while upholding PBVs standard of excellence.

As part of Presidio Bay Ventures growing portfolio of high-profile projects, the successful candidates will work closely with senior leadership and on-site management teams to ensure each property reflects PBVs commitment to service, community, and design. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established real estate investment firm that is redefining the modern workplace through hospitality-inspired operations and curated resident engagement.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an expected base salary range of $65,000-$72,800 , with final compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
