Job descriptionInstall ceramic tile with precise layout, cuts, and alignment. Work with modern coupling membranes and stay current with industry standards. Install wall tile in both wet and dry areas. Construct showers, including standard and zero-entry designs. Ensure daily and final cleanup of the workspace, including proper grout haze removal. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment at all times. Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients as needed. Proven experience in ceramic tile installation (floors, walls, showers). Strong knowledge of current installation methods, including coupling membranes. Ability to perform precise cuts and layouts. Experience with zero-entry shower installations preferred. Must have own set of professional tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site. Professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Must have a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must carry active business insurance and vehicle insurance.

MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios is seeking skilled Ceramic Subcontractor Installers to join our team. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with proven experience in ceramic tile installation, from floors to walls and showers. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality craftsmanship, modern installation practices, and maintaining a clean, professional job site. We have locations in Medina, Akrong and North Olmsted. Installers will be required to travel throughout these areas.
- Pay Structure : Subcontractor position paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).
