Production Planner - Centralia, MO

The Production Planner will be responsible for the scheduling of products to exceed customer requirements as well as releasing purchase orders for assigned materials (Raw, WIP, Sub Contract and FG). You can expect to drive topnotch customer on-time delivery and demonstrated lead time all while maintaining ideal inventory levels.

A Day In The Life

• Release purchase requisitions and / or purchase orders to Buyers and suppliers.
• Work with Quality, Operations, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Release customer orders to achieve expected delivery performance.
• Manage customer returned goods (RGA) using the RGA procedure.
• Maintain current promise dates on customer orders.
• Manage inventory levels for assigned product.
• Schedule work through the shop floor.
• Expedite parts within and outside the Company.
• Prioritize work orders and coordinate with Operations to exceed customer requirements.
• Interact with customer service.
