Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the full life cycle of product implementation to ensure effective use of services
Act as the primary liaison between the company, the customer, and system integrators, ensuring overall customer satisfaction
Provide regular assessments and recommendations for improvement in strategy, process, governance, and technology
Qualifications
7-10 years of enterprise implementation experience, IT service management, project management, or account management
Demonstrated experience in package systems implementation (e.g., CRM, ERP, Fusion SaaS)
Project Management or Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prince2) is desirable
Subject matter expertise in relevant industry or products
Experience with large, multi-site or international IT projects
