Job description
Pay Range $35 - $80 20K Bonus and Relocation - Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU/Critical Care Everett, Washington We are looking for a qualified individual for a permanent full-time ICU, Critical Care, Intensive Care units in an award-winning medical facility. Located 25 miles north of Seattle, the city is nestled between Port Gardner Bay and the Snohomish River. North Everett's quaint historic downtown is home to a vibrant arts, culture and music scene, delicious dining, pubs and breweries, Angel of the Winds Arena, and family-oriented festivals year-round. Job and Location Information: * Day and night shift * Openings in various ICU units including cardiac, surgical, medical * $35 - $80 per hour * Relocation Assistance & $20,000 Bonus * Tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, educational advancement discounts * Hospital is winner of multiple awards in 2022 for collaborative, safe, quality healthcare environment * Easier to find housing than in Seattle. Median Home Cost is $548,300 while Seattle is $851,400. Housing is 35% less than in Seattle. * Up and coming area. Marrysville, Lake Stevens both great areas to live in addition to Everett Responsibilities * Provide RN care in an ICU, Critical Care, intensive care setting * Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps * Collaborative team player with superior communication skills. * Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care * Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team Requirements * BSN preferred * 1 year of ICU Registered Nurse (RN), Critical Care, Intensive Care experience
