Job Title : Laboratory Assistant I (Entry-Level)

Location : Agoura Hills, California

Job Type : Contract - with possibility of going direct

We’re hiring an entry-level Laboratory Assistant to support a fast-paced clinical lab environment. This role is ideal for individuals interested in healthcare or science, and offers hands-on experience in specimen processing and lab operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, sort, and prepare clinical specimens
• Perform data entry and assist with pipetting platform tasks
• Maintain lab equipment and replenish supplies
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP)
• Document maintenance and quality control activities

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

This role involves handling biological specimens and working overnight shifts (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday, 10 PM–6 : 30 AM) with shift differential pay. The lab is structured and focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $21.85 / hr.
