At the heart of this transformation sits a newly created AI Strategy & Innovation function, responsible for embedding data, analytics, and AI thinking into every decision the business makes. As an AI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life, turning data into actionable intelligence, uncovering opportunities for AI application, and shaping how insights are delivered across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to work alongside senior AI leaders, engineers, and strategists, contributing to initiatives that redefine how technology powers customer experience, operations, and product development.

Key Details :

• 3x roles available : Mid-level, Senior, Lead / Principal
• Salary Range : $95,000 to $165,000 base, plus 15% bonus, private healthcare, meal vouchers at partnership restaurants, and career development sponsorships
• Location : Remote-first with technology hubs in New York and San Francisco
• Career Outlook : A clear path to progress into Senior / Principal AI Analyst, Head of or equivalent, or AI Product Manager roles. This role sits within the newly formed AI Strategy & Innovation team, offering exceptional exposure to leadership and cutting-edge projects.
