The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) focuses on building strategic referral relationships and converting potential clients through outreach, networking, follow-ups, and sales meetings, while also reinforcing the firm’s values and maintaining connections with former clients.
The CRS builds relationships with referral sources via various outreach activities, networking events, and follow-up campaigns, communicating the values and culture of our firm. Another primary goal is to convert potential clients to clients through sales meetings and follow-up, including Care Calls to former clients.
In addition to the hourly rate, this position earns monthly bonuses based on sales.
Compensation : $20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility is nurturing professional contacts to develop and grow the firm’s referral network and increase quality referrals.
- Conduct sales conversations with prospective new clients (PNCs) to sell legal services and follow up if they did not hire.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend marketing speaking engagements to educate referral sources and potential clients.
- Input and maintain data integrity in CRM.
- Get to know VIP contacts on a personal level to assist the team in meeting their needs and curating custom gifts.
- Overall strategy to increase and enhance referral partnerships.
- Overall responsibility for the client Care Call strategy and implementation.
- Use creativity and foresight to spot opportunities for improvement and further growth in nurturing and cultivating client relationships.
- Identify and cultivate new target markets.
- Improve pre-engagement glide paths for PNCs.
- Track and maintain metrics for the Owner re : conversions of Lead to consult, the percentage of scheduled consults that show up, show up to Client, referral sources, and other key performance indicators (Marketing & Conversion Spreadsheet).
Qualifications :
A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. A high school diploma is required.2+ years' experience leading teams in sales or development.Experience in training junior sales personnel on how to improve.Experience with CRM.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.Proactive, organized, and able to handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.About Company
