Job Description
LOCATION : BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER, MARBLE FALLS TX
DEPT : OPERATING ROOM
SCHEDULE : FULL TIME DAYS
BONUS : $10,000 Paid out in installments withing 12 months
RELOCATION : Amount based on distance
2 Years minimum of OR Experience Required

Only 45 minutes away from Austin or San Antonio, for some occasional weekend getaways. As an OR Nursing Supervisor, you play a key role in patient care. You coordinate with our nursing model. This role is fulfilling and central to our unit's mission and goals. You take on added responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your daily duties include assessing patient needs, identifying health responses, and creating a customized care plan. Success is patient outcome-based.
