Job Title : Bilingual Recruiter

Job description :

Epic Personnel Partners  is actively hiring a  Bilingual Recruiter (SPANISH and ENGLISH)  to support recruitment efforts at our  Bloomfield, CT location.

Pay :  $19.00–$25.00 / hour

Schedule :  Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00AM–5 : 00PM

Duties :  The  Bilingual Recruiter  leads full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and supporting staffing goals across departments.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and tailor strategies
• Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a seamless experience
• Assist with HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed
