Safety Policy Manager Youth Well-Being & AI
The Safety Policy team collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand and address the impact of our platform on the safety and well-being of teens, while supporting a diverse global community through thoughtful policies, tools, resources, and partnerships. We are seeking a Safety Policy Manager with 5+ years of experience in academia, technology, or the policy sector to help shape our approach to youth safety and well-being in the context of AI.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and offer pragmatic, creative solutions to business challenges. They should be skilled in providing concise, business-focused guidance, clearly articulating policy rationale to varied audiences, and exercising sound judgment in high-stakes environments.
