Job descriptionA minimum of three years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing setting. Exceptional mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge and hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and 460V wiring. Proficiency in deciphering technical documents and blueprints. Associates degree or certification in related fields like Mechatronics or Electrical Technology preferred. A dedication to maintaining safety and organizational standards. Competent in both autonomous work and team collaborations. PLC Troubleshooting Acumen Electrical Schematics Literacy Facility Maintenance Background Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting Prowess Expertise in Pneumatic Systems Keen Understanding of Multi-Voltage Systems Skill in Motor and Conveyor Servicing Hydraulics Savvy CNC Machinery Repair Techniques Preventive Maintenance Proficiency Readiness for Industrial Automation Challenges Blueprint and Schematics Comprehension VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) Conveyor Mechanisms Servo Motor Systems

Location : Paducah, KY
Compensation : $27-$32 / hour
Available Shift : Daytime (Monday to Friday)
Position Summary :
Do you have a knack for fixing machinery and ensuring operational efficiency? Our client in Paducah, KY, is seeking seasoned Industrial Equipment Specialists to maintain and repair advanced machinery. Core Functions :
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of machinery and technology.
- Identify and resolve problems with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Tackle issues with high-voltage 460V wiring systems.
- Undertake regular preventative maintenance to maximize equipment functionality.
- Diagnose with PLC systems to resolve complex breakdowns.
- Oversee installation and repairs of Variable Frequency Drives.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and manuals with precision.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments safely.
- Produce accurate maintenance records and complete work orders promptly.
- Engage constructively with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
