Compliance Coordinator
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to help maintain high standards in home care services. This key role ensures our caregivers and operations remain compliant with state regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and track caregiver compliance with required documentation and training
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to agency policies and state regulations
- Identify gaps and re-educate staff as needed
- Assist with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
- Communicate with staff and clients as needed
- Maintain organized compliance records and reports
Qualifications :
Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting company deadlinesExperience in home care scheduling, healthcare administration, or complianceStrong organizational, technical and communication skillsFamiliarity with MassHealth and home care regulations a plusDetail-driven with the ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic records systemsWhy Work at Guardian Angel Senior Services?
