• Maintains inventory control for materials and supplies in the warehouse; works with Production Manager / Sales personnel in ordering / re-stocking items. This includes adjusting inventory database of stock items upon release of material to reflect revised stock.
• Maintains inventory control for all GFC tools and heavy machinery informing Production Manager of required maintenance / repair or if Team Leads have not returned tools / machinery within 24hours of job completion.
• Receives, stores and issues materials to appropriate personnel and / or job sites.
• Places incoming supplies on shelves or in assigned areas : makes necessary adjustments to invoice records.
• Assist with checking in of purchase orders and issuing delivery tickets.
• Prepares materials to be released for the following day and move to a “staging area.” Fills supply orders received from various locations.
• Makes deliveries when required to job sites and / or purchases materials directly from vendor for immediate delivery to job sites maintaining all appropriate paperwork and documentation.
• Loads and unloads supplies, materials and equipment.
• Retags stock items upon release of material to reflect revised stock.
• Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Operates the necessary equipment to support the warehouse.
