Role Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.

What Will You Do

• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments questions and concerns in a timely and professional and on brand manner.
• Have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends tools and best practices.
• Provide support for our analytics team
