Job descriptionProspects for new business by following sales leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases. Be outstanding at relationship building and Educating clients on insurance policies. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations , and close sales. Treat each customer as a cross and up-sell opportunity. Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention. Meet new sales goals and objectives. Must currently possess a Property and Casualty license. Current Life and Health License is a BONUS! Previous insurance and sales experience Basic computer software knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional office and phone etiquette Self-starter works well independently and possesses a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
