A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates professionally with patients via phone and transfers calls as necessary
Handles new patient registration and schedules appointments
Maintains and updates patient and referring physician data in the system
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Proficient with computer programs : Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting is preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
