Breakdown :

W2 (Taxable) : $43.40 / Hr

Per-Diem(Non-Taxable) : $1,246.00 / Weekly Requirements :

IL State License

Minimum 3 years of experience is required

BLS(AHA), ARRT(CT), ARRT(R).
