Provide Tier 1 technical support for popular streaming services, helping customers troubleshoot app, account, device, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent service. Location : San Antonio, TX 78229 Pay Rate : $17.75 / hour Training : 8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM CST Post-Training Schedule : Set schedule, Sunday-Saturday, 6 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM CST Requirements : Resume submission and testing completion required. Must be within 45 miles of San Antonio. Open availability required. Position is fully onsite
