Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency. This position is based in Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Responsibilities / Duties :

• Performs and leads systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs.
• Defines requirements, performs functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools.
• Drafts and reviews technical documents and supports technical reviews.
• Facilitates M&S and digital engineering transformation initiatives, and represents Enterprise Engineering in agency tiger teams and working groups.
• Other duties as assigned.
