A 348-bed acute care hospital in New Lenox, IL and 12 satellite facilities providing outpatient services and physician offices. Regional medical center serving Chicago’s southwest suburban communities.

• General structure of the team - MD / CRNA care model
• Open for full-time permanent positions with weekend coverage
• Shift times are variable with a potential for call
• How often is the weekend schedule? The call is 24 hours and there is an incentive attached to it. Approximately 2-3 calls a month.
• Spinals and epidurals can be done by CRNAs, all nerve blocks are done by MDs.
• Pre-ops are mostly done by the MDs unless it’s a MAC case where the CRNAs can do it.
• Trauma level II
• 10 ORs
• Patient age demographic : pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric
• Required procedures : General surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, neurosurgical cases
• EMR : Cerner
